Don’t feed a broken system

Industrial agriculture is a broken system. Monocultures, genetic engineering, synthetic fertilisers and the massive use of chemical pesticides are characteristics of this system, which is controlled by a few global corporations. Retailers, food companies and chemical giants such as Syngenta, Bayer, BASF and Monsanto exert an enormous power on the market. This failing system destroys natural resources and wildlife, like bees and other crucial pollinators, affects human health, poisons our food, water and soil and impoverish farmers. It also narrows down our food diversity. We urgently need to challenge this broken food system and step out of this vicious circle!

Ecological farmers grow our future

Ecological farming is a modern solution with a human face based on the relationship between farmers and you. Ecological farming combines scientific knowledge and innovation with nature and biodiversity. Ecological farming contributes to rural development and food security by enabling livelihoods in rural communities that are safe healthy and economically viable. Ecological farmers value natural cycles, protect our resources, bees and crucial pollinators while providing us with healthy climate friendly food as nourishment, for taste and as the source of life.

We love our food!

We are concerned eaters, we are parents, we are food lovers, we are nature-loving gardeners, we are modern innovative farmers, and also progressive politicians and retailers. Together we want to reconnect with our food, where it’s coming from and who produces it. We are voicing our concerns against this broken food system and moving towards our ecological farming future. Big changes start with little steps. Every step is a challenge, but the sum of individual steps can move a mountain.
We love our food and we challenge ourselves to protect our food future. Join the food movement!
